Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver
goods as quickly as possible, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Sunshine
Foundation shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products.

We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to
fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform
you of this as soon as possible.
4.2
Payment can be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, and Cheque.

4.3
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly
stated.

How can I pay for my products?
You can pay by Debit Card or Credit Card via our payment page or by Cheque £GB Pounds only
Can I pay by Credit Card?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, Visa Purchasing and Visa and Debit Cards.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details. All transactions are processed using Protx, the UK's leading CC
payment gateway and passed directly to Streamline (Nat West).
Delivery Information
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is £2.00 per book worldwide.

Your order will be sent using an appropriate service.

When will I receive my order?
We will usually dispatch items the next day after payment has been received. Delivery time depends on where in the world
you live.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within 5 days.
We will be more than happy to provide a refund. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were
sent to you, but you will be responsible for return shipping.
The items must be returned in the condition they were received. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. If the
package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail.
Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be
refunded.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any damage within three
days of receiving the order.
It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly
recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility
for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return / exchange, postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders
Orders can be cancelled immediately but if the item has already been dispatched then please refer to our returns policy.

(between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday). If orders are cancelled immediately the products ordered will not be dispatched to
the customer and we will refund your money by way of credit card transaction, less any costs we have incurred.
