INVITATION

Are you ready to step in evolution, by *realizing our consciousness, and be fulfilled. This is the change we all need and the world needs, it has been known by a few for thousands of years. Now these are times of great change as many of us are evolved enough and intelligent enough to wake up to what we really are, maybe this is the significance of 2012 and is the hope for mankind as people of the world wake up and realize more the nature of there being, this will change everything for the better. Meditation is a process to help to bring about this change and needs to be understood and expanded on – this becomes a new way of being and is our healing.

This information is the most difficult thing in the world to convey, the words can only point towards it because it is prior to thoughts or words, and many teachers through the ages have tried to explain it in different ways with diffrent termilogys which also confuses people but it’s all really about realizing the same thing. There are many ways but most will probably keep you lost, all you have to understand is you are it now, perfectly, all you have to do is let go of what you are not – a self out of thought so let yourself go, as I will explain.

*When I use the word “Realize” I mean to experience for real, as reality, not intellectually

We spend our lives looking for fulfilment out there, without realizing we are what we are looking for. It is only covered over - we touch on it in our moments of pleasure and joy, but don’t really know it because we have become held in thought.  We are held in the illusion of a self, in separation, causing our fear and dissatisfaction, life is really much better than this. Our real nature is covered over by the illusion of you – out of thought.

So we need to clear the illusion but thought – thinking about it, trying to work it out is the illusion – holding the illusion, so like a puzzle you! can’t do it because you are the illusion but I can show how that is undone.

The answer is so simple that it defies all logic – because again that is what we are held in and holds the illusion, but if we bring the mind to understanding we can learn to let go of thought – of all understanding, it’s not a mind thing, “we can’t think our way out”, only to the point of letting go – we are not the body or mind – there is no one as such but the consciousness of the universe - love.  We learn to give ourselves up – to be empty of a personal self-illusion, and like tasting wine things start to happen.  We reveal our real nature, realize we are all the same divine consciousness – not limited individuals, and are liberated and find un- imaginable fulfilment and joy.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

The name doesn’t mean anything, a name is just a word, your name is just a word, it gives you a reality you don’t have and helps to hold the illusion of you. Understand this - you have ser come to dark forces that have made life a calamity, who are you really?  Or rather what are you really – there is no you, let yourself go and it may be realized.

THE ILLUSION

We are transcending ignorance.

Things are not how they seem, there are two parts to being human, consciousness which is spiritual and the physical body-mind, I say body-mind because they are of the same form, and this is our vehicle. We are the consciousness not the form and with this is awareness of our divine nature, universal consciousness and we really live in the wonder of being, sharing the same consciousness of all things, but this is not realized because as consciousness we associate with the form and grow possessed by thought. This holds us as a self which is an illusion and all thought holds this - a self perpetuating illusion out of thought and held by thought, this is a calamity, we are held in too much separation from the source and don’t experience our divine nature or share it with others, this causes hostility and our fear and dissatisfaction and our desire for fulfilment but no-thing will do it because we are lost from what we really desire and are, and life is limited.

We are held as egos – that you which is all out of thought, the self is illusion, we are so held that we have to accept that we are an illusion and give ourselves up – let go of thought, if we want to realize our divine nature, what we really are is no self as we know it, but don’t worry this is not annihilation, we experience we are much more than thought.

IN THIS BOOK THE AUTHOR EXPLAINS HOW TO REALIZE OUR DIVINE NATURE 

 

This work is original but not unfounded and has been echoed by many great Yoga teachers and also through religions like Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism. Infact Most religions are really about this, Gnosticism is about this.

Jesus found it, so did the Buddha and both developed ways of trying to teach it, but how to a man that is possessed by thought. We have to communicate with language and use thought, which is the very problem.

Thought holds the illusion of you. What ever we think invents a self, holding us in separation, fear, dissatisfaction, limitation, our real nature covered over. So this has always been near impossible to convey. Thought, the intellect won’t do it, that is like trying to put out fire with fire.

But there is another way. Detach from thought and language, leave for the most part. Use this Reorientation out of feeling, sensation - experience, instead of thought and our real nature may be revealed, it’s spiritual.

 

 

INSIGHT – THE MOMENT AND DISIRE

In our moments of pleasure and joy what really happens is we get out of thought – the illusion of a self this holds disappears and we resume just being consciousness and with this is awareness of our divine nature and we are more than satisfied – this is what feels so good and we really are – not what your doing, what ever you! like is just a vehicle to get out of thought, it’s all meditation. The self-illusion disappears and our consciousness is realized, so the things we like aren’t really what we like, they get us out of thought and we momentarily realize consciousness but didn’t understand and thought it was what we were doing that we liked! What we really like is experiencing our divine nature.

 

What we like is a fraud – it’s only because it gets us out of thought and our real nature is realized. This is also why horrible things like having an accident can feel strangely good because they also get us out of thought.

 

This is a revelation because it gives understanding we can all relate to. It used to be all about wanting the sun and the beach for me! We all love to feel the sun – no the sun is the mediator that gets the mind out of thought and we resume our selfless consciousness, what we love is experiencing this, our divine nature.

 

I still love the sun and the beach but to understand why is revelatory – to understand that we can feel that good all the time and nothing special is needed, all we have to do is let go of thought – in the moment of anything! Even just being, and experience the wonder we are – just stay empty of self.

Now we have a deeper understanding and an insight into the nature of being, it’s what we really are that feels so good - this is what we taste in our moments of pleasure and joy.

 

 

               Beauty is of the moment too.

Be aware as we smell a flower – see beauty or embrace anything sensuous, that the good feeling is because we get out of thought and it is what we uncover – what we really are that feels so good not the flower.

We desire what we really are, it’s covered over – we only have to adjust the body-mind and we are realized, as no-one but all - an evolution.

 

It’s this simple, but we have to bring the mind to understanding and adjust that, then the mind will want it for it was what it really wanted all along.

 

Experience now without colouring it in in any way – without thought, - opinions, - ego. - Just as it is. The egoistic hold this has on us starts to disappear and the sensation of our divine nature starts to come over us unexpectedly at times during the day and it’s a good time to imbibe as this. - The bliss and the rapture of our divine nature. “All I know is this moment” and god lives – as no one.

 

We all have the grace of god in us – it’s what we really are, we are all a part of god or universal consciousness and are.

 

We disappear in this moment and realize we are all the same, all is consciousness and no one owns it.

 

In this moment there are no chores – all there is is this moment of experience, there isn’t anything “I don’t like” because there is no I.

 

Live this moment – this continuous moment as much as possible, stay as consciousness, as we really are, just present awareness not thought.

 

Drugs, sex, alcohol and all desire – what we like is what we taste in those moments, they all reveal the same thing but substances distort the experience and don’t really work or do us any good.

 

It’s all about being in the moment, using whatever we can as a mediator to get us out of thought and loose this condition of self-illusion and we are realizing our selfless divine nature.

 

There is no you but in using language I may unwontedly imply that there is but there is no you – again I’ve got to point the finger right at you – you are the illusion – pack up – stop being silly and it may be realized – when there is no one – no self projection – no thought = no self, stay vast and forever expanding. Don’t be fooled and boxed up.

 

Really there is no moment, no now.  But no you as thought. - There is no self in reality.

 

 

This knowing that is only known through direct experience (not thought) was known worldwide but modern man lost it. Yoga has an ancient foundation, this information is still available, but needs a modern, western translation, and what’s Meditation but an effort! To reveal this, as long as there is effort, there is someone! Won’t ever get it. Do meditators know, there is no one meditating? That is there condition.

 

A WORD ABOUT YOGA

Yoga needs to be fully apprehended, it’s about exposing our real nature.

 

The yoga most people know is only a small part of what Yoga is really about and should be addressed as Yoga–Asana, allowing the other aspects of yoga to be recognized. – Pranayama which is used in any good Yoga-Asana class is about putting the mind on breath and can be practised on its own.  Raga Yoga meaning knowledge of the kings, brings asana to the lotus position for meditation utilizing awareness and the breath, Bhakti Yoga of devotion, Karma Yoga of service and Jnana Yoga of inquiry - the most intelligent  intelligents, this is what this book is about. The people who were too ignorant to understand were told to just be with the breath because it is prior to knowledge anyway but the knowledge can bring us prior to knowledge – it is just the intellect undoing its self then we can just be with the breath too – the one that thinks he knows is the most ignorant because it is all in illusion, it is about staying out of this dimension of illusion.

Asana means to manifeast the infinite by establishing the body-mind beyond duality, it also means to sit and these series of postures are positions that the body-mind is put in is primarily to become more flexible and so be able to sit in the lotus position which is a very special way of sitting for meditation. The body-mind is held and balanced and is left open to breath easily, the spine is in alignment and the chakras – energy centres which open up upon realization, and after years of pain a westerner may be able to sit like this but then this shows good devotion and the pain is good meditation too – there is the opportunity to stay other than the pain – other than the body-mind.

Asana can be used as a vehicle to reorient  the body-mind out of  feeling, sensation instead of thought and there is also the opportunity to experience the body-mind from our newly realized standpoint – consciousness which is other than the body-mind, this is realized as we become more present and aware, all helped by the Asana.When the body-mind is held in an unfamiliar position this is a strong experience and is a good vehicle for reorientation but it doesn’t have to be a certain way – we could be standing at a bus stop or pushing a shopping trolley or anything, understand this and expand on your asana if doing it. Doing Asana has many other attributes and it's good fun, I just want people to see the whole Yoga and not think Asana is the whole Yoga!

 

The physical Asuna is just one aspect of Yoga. This needs to be used as a vehicle for reorientation and fully apprehended.

A mental reorientation is needed. We are held in an illusion. Thought you, you only appear out of thought, there is no other. This holds the fear, dissatisfaction. Thought you will consume every antidote, or pooh hoo it, of course, you are the dis-ease. That has a cure, and books like this offer the medicine, then there may be tears of joy.

What we eat affects the mind too. A healthy diet is good and keeps the mind more peaceful, so helps us to realize we are not the body-mind. What we are is other than this.

Psychology is just looking at the mind, from a mind perspective. We could call this Advanced Psychology, or parapsychology. What we are is other than the mind. We are spiritual, experiencing the physical, have no dimension, limitation, so it is a healing thing too.

Good health is also mental health, because most problems start in the mind. Health may be resumed.

There are lots of cartographies for this work, mind-body and spirit, self help-spirituality, nonduality, meditation, Janana-yoga, philosophy, enlightenment, metaphysics, ontology, parapsychology, Gnosticism, mysticism and alchemy. Reorientation is the new key word-it’s all about revealing our spirituality - taking a step in evolution.

This reorientation may be taught in schools one day, a part of our education, because to live and die well we have to realize our spirituality. This will change us and the world for the better.
